We shall not watch in silence from the corner as a corrupt commander, the former Shogun of Durgama Kaminull, seeks to put Macmahogany in bondage, to the point of hiring mercenaries and bounty hunters to brutalize him.
According to our sources, the bounty on his head has been unlawfully placed by a Mercenary Company Conglomerate of unknown affiliation, and signed by the Nipponese shogun in question, with no regards for law, or convention, but only for his own personal gain and amusement.
We hereby denounce this act with howling disdain. Stern action will be taken to counteract this uncivilized decision by the former Shogun of Durgama, as it will be revealed at the end of our announcement.

Our scaly colleague, esteemed and respected for his skills, regardless of the risqéé nature of his employment, had recently been contacted by Bureau Aegis Law Enforcement and has been served with a questionable warrant for travel inhibition (Read Concilium Convention article 17 and 55 to see how Law Enforcement overstepped here.) Our best hounds are now on his trail, trying to reconstruct the last hours of his known life here. We have reason to suspect foul play from Lady Numiria, notoriously involved with him due to his work, in particular the steamy picture he allegedly snapped of the High Commissioner and the Umbra at the HTH Hotel.
